AI — OpenAI and Anthropic
For each AI request, messages and relevant conversation or knowledge context are sent to the provider of the selected model: OpenAI or Anthropic, not to both. This context may include personal data present in messages or supplied context. Processing regions and retention depend on provider, account and contractual configuration; processing outside the EEA is possible.
Optional analytics — Google
Google Analytics receives website visit data only when configured and accepted. Our cookie integration does not send chat content. Advertising features are disabled. See the cookie policy for choices and storage.
Customer integrations
CRM, MCP and messenger recipients depend on the company’s chosen channels and actions. They are not all used in every workspace. Ask the company hosting your chat for its recipient list. Contact [email protected] for provider agreements and applicable transfer safeguards.
